We are committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days [excluding sale periods]. 
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7-21 business days.
  • Please note: Delivery timeframes refer to the time your parcel spends with the courier - not the time it takes for us to pack and dispatch your order. Whether you choose Standard or Express shipping, the estimated delivery begins after your parcel leaves our warehouse. Once it’s on its way, delivery times may vary and are outside of our control. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates from the courier.

Shipping Costs

  • $5 flat-rate shipping for domestic orders under $120 (AU-wide)
  • Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $120 (AU-wide)
  • Express shipping rates and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at support@sndyskn.com.au and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Automatic Parcel Insurance - $3 Transit Cover

For your peace of mind, a $3 transit cover fee is automatically applied to every order at checkout. This fee covers parcel insurance, which protects your purchase against loss, damage, or any event where the parcel does not arrive safely.

We highly recommend keeping this insurance for full protection during transit. However, it is entirely up to you, the customer, and you may choose to remove it at checkout. Please note if you choose to remove Transit Cover, SNDY SKN will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay or failure in delivery. By opting out, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any issues that may occur during shipping.
