Returns and Refund Policy

At SNDY SKN, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Whilst we hope that you love your products, if for some reason you don't love your new SPF, unfortunately we can not offer refunds due to hygiene reasons. Should you be approved for a return, please ensure that the Items are returned within 10 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received and a store credit voucher will be issued only.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalised products are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@sndyskn.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will assess the situation and let you know if your item is eligible for a return. They will then provide instructions and a return address.
  3. You will be required to ship your item to the address provided within 10 business days. 

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions our team will always be happy to assist you.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@sndyskn.com.au and we’ll assess and work out if a replacement will be sent or a credit note is issued.
  • If you have received a wrong item in your order, or purchased the wrong item, please email us at support@sndyskn.com.au. 

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
